Shipping & Delivery

All shipments will be dispatched directly from our Sydney Warehouse. We are an Australian company, please differentiate us from international sellers. All shipments will be received within 10 business days after payment confirmation unless we notify you otherwise. Invoice from will be enclosed inside the parcel. All shipments come with a tracking number and you will be able to track the delivery online. It is important to note that is not responsible for any custom tax incurred in the destination countries.

Returns & Replacements provides 30 days money back guaranty* for all the products we sell. If you change your mind we will be glad to issue you a full refund.
If you are not happy with the product due to quality reasons, please return the product for a refund, provided that the product has all its initial packaging and is in its original condition.

We also recommend you register an account when ordering so it will be easier to track the order later on. Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All prices listed on our website are in Australian dollars. We cannot guarantee that you will receive the sales price once the sale has finished. You are welcome to check with our staff by chatting with us online or by email. We are happy to price match any websites/sellers in Australia. We may not be able to price match any websites or sellers from overseas due to the fact that we are an Australian business and have to pay for the cost of business running in Australia and following the tax rules in Australia. Some promotional products do not come with a money back guarantee due to the low price we are selling them at.
Please be aware that all our prices are GST excluded. The final price including GST will be displayed once the product is added to the cart and upon checkout.
Watchdepots intends to keep our prices as low as possible. We achieve this goal by keeping our costs of running a business down. Many of the watch we sell are old stock. They could be slightly different from the picture in the detail product page. These differences are negliable otherwise we will notify you after purchase. Please be assured that all of our watches are brand new not used.  

Viewing Orders
The easiest way to view your order is to log into your account and check the order status. Once you log into your account, the order status will be displayed at the top of the page. When the status is complete, the shipment has been dispatched. You will be able to see the tracking number under the tab: tracking information. Once we start work on your order, the status will show processing. If you've just made the order, or the funds have not been received, your order will show pending.

Updating Account Information
Please update your account information regularly to ensure easy contact and a correct shipping address for your next purchase. Ausdepot will not be liable for any loss caused by wrong address or wrong contact information left by customers.
