Delivery Policy

We provide fast shipping for Australia and worldwide. Our administration office is at Chatswood, Sydney, New South Wales, and our shipments are sent directly from our warehouse in Canterbury, Sydney, New South Wales. Generally shipment will be dispatched 1 business day after the payment is confirmed. If we do not have the watch in stock we will dispatch the watch, using the shipment method you selected, immediately after we receive the stock from our suppliers. The shipping timeframe is generally within 10 business days if this occurs. Please note that we cannot control the delivery company in terms of the time needed for them to deliver the items to you. However we can offer estimated delivery time and the tracking number for you to track the delivery of the item.  

Emails will be the main means of communication. We send out an email with the tracking information once the watch is sent. If the email is not received, either the email is in your junk mail or we have not sent the item. Feel free to contact us at any time if you wish to track the delivery of your items.  

Standard Delivery to All Metro and Regional Locations within Australia*

Watchdepots offers a reliable and affordable delivery service to all metro and regional locations within Australia including Tasmania; the only exceptions will be few regional areas.
All domestic delivery will take no more than 10 days to arrive, except for some regional areas. The watch will be dispatched the next business day if we have it in stock; if not, we will send it after the stock arrives. The 10 business days delivery timeframe will apply in both cases. 

Express Delivery to All Metro Areas within Australia*

Watchdepots offers premium priority service at minimum extra cost. All express delivery orders will be posted on the same business day if ordered before 3 pm and if the watch is in stock. If we do not have the watch in stock, we will ship the watch using express post to you immediately after we get the stock. Once the watch is dispatched, it will take about 1 business day for its delivery. In the case when the watch is not in stock, it will generally take 5 business days for express delivery. Generally, the couriers have up to 5:30 pm the next business day to deliver the purchase. If you need help tracking express delivery, please contact us by email or phone. All priority orders will be dispatched from our Sydney Office. 

Express International Delivery to All Metro Areas within Australia*

Watchdepots also offers express international courier delivery to all Australian customer and clients all of the globe. We endeavor to dispatch all orders from our Sydney warehouse. Occasionally there are limited stock in Australia, we will arrange the order to be sent from oversea partner stores without extra fees.

For Australian customers, we will ship the item to you directly from our oversea partner stores, it could be coming from Hongkong, USA or UK. No extra fees will apply to the order except for the domestic postages already paid.

For orders from other countries, the parcel will be shipped to the destination countries, without any extra charge, besides the international postage already paid.

All orders will be sent with tracking numbers and easily trackable online. Once the order is dispatched, it should be delivered to you within 3~6 business days. All warranty claims will be handled by Watchdepots. Please contact us if you have any questions. 

Cash on Delivery (COD) to Australia customers

Watchdepots offers a cash on delivery service to customers within Australia. When you choose to use this service, 20% of the total balance payable upon checkout will need to be deposited to our bank account. The remaining amount will be calculated and charged upon arrival of the purchase. Please note that Australia Post will charge a separate service fee for the COD service, on top of the postage cost. The amount varies depending on the distance and the value of an item. For example, a 200 dollar watch sent from Kingsway West, 2208, NSW to Epping, NSW will incur a service fees of 12 dollars on top of the 12 dollars postage fee. The total amount of 24 dollars is payable to Australia Post upon receiving the item. You will pay the remaining 160 dollars plus the 24 dollars when you go to the post office to pick up the watch. 

Standard International Delivery

Watchdepots offers international delivery to the United States, Europe, Russia and many other countries. For buyers from outside Australia, please select the “International Delivery” tab; the cost of postage will be displayed. We will dispatch the watch within 24 business hours after the payment. All shipments can be insured against loss and damage during transit upon request.

Watchdepots is not responsible for any custom charges for the products you ordered.  However, we can certainly help you avoid some custom duties by claiming a lower value of the product. We will not include invoices in the package for  international shipping and the invoice will be sent by email.

We have recently established a Hong Kong, Guangzhou shipping depot, with full shipping capacity. To avoid the peak season of the Australia Post delivery system, some shipments to international destinations will use EMS, international courier delivery service. You will be able to track the delivery via EMS tracking.

Pick-Up Notice

Pick-up is only available in Sydney. Availability will be according to our schedule as we do not have facilities for clients to browse the stock. Please send us a message before you want to come to pick up the watch.
